Superb! I have mostly had a great experience with Club Kingston. The cost is reasonable for the benefits. The atmosphere is always lovely, the service is great, and the staff is cordial. Perfect for a Four Hour Wait This got booked by my Aunt, who was curious about this experience and wanted to use it during her next trip to Jamaica. I loved the space, seating, privacy, and a view of the football matches on every screen. I had to wait a few hours at the airport for my next flight, so access to wifi and the comforts of the service was a MASSIVE welcome. Staff was kind when I arrived, and I immediately recommended this to my sister, her husband, and mother, who are yet to depart from the island. Exceptional VIP service from Arrival to Departure I recently treated myself to the VIP Club Kingston Lounge, VIP arrival and departure Service at Kingston Airport, and I can honestly say It was one of the best travel experiences I’ve had. From the moment I landed in Jamaica, I felt welcomed and taken care of. A wonderful staff member named ChakaKhan was waiting for me with a sign displaying my name. She greeted me with such warmth and kindness and personally escorted me through the airport, guiding me through customs and making the entire arrival process seamless and stress-free. My departure experience was just as impressive. I was escorted to the lounge, where I was greeted by a team of friendly, professional, and attentive staff members. Everyone was pleasant, engaging, and consistently checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. Although the food was beautifully displayed and available for self-service, the staff still went above and beyond ensure guests felt welcomed and cared for. And I have to mention the rum punch! It was absolutely delicious, without a doubt one of the best rum punches I’ve ever tasted. If you ever visit the lounge, make sure you try it. The VIP club lounge provided exactly what I needed, excellent service, warm hospitality, a clean and comfortable space, tasty food and great drinks, and I could not forget fast running Wi-Fi! Thank you to ChakaKhan and the entire VIP club Kingston lounge staff for making my arrival and departure is so enjoyable. Great Lounge This is the first time in 11 years since I was last in this lounge. I believe the lounge had a refurb in 2025. The lounge is comfortable and the food offering has a wide selection and all the food is clearly labeled with allergens. There was a couple of vegetarian and vegan options. A very helpful service A very helpful service, you can get yourself through arrivals of course, but it's very reassuring having someone there who knows where everything is and what to do if anything goes wrong. This is a game changer! Someone had recommended this service to us for our arrival and departure, and I'm so glad we purchased it! Tamara (Lewis) greeted us off the plane and walked us through everything. She was so kind! The process was smooth and you get to by pass the line. We were served by Nickeshia in the arrival lounge, and she was also lovely and kind. When we came back to leave, the process was also easy. They have signs in the airport telling you where to enter. The airport departure lounge was huge. It has comfortable seating, clean bathrooms, outlets to charge your electronics. The entire lounge was clean and the food was great! Melissa was our hostess, and she was kind. I can say all the employees were friendly, had positive energy and made the experience even more better. I would definitely purchase this again. One of the best airport lounges I've used, and I've been to many: fabulous, freshly prepared, delicious food with ingredients listed; super-friendly, attentive and helpful staff; spacious, quiet (6pm on a Monday evening) and comfortable. Very, very good.

Used this lounge twice so far using my priority pass, this place offers good food & snacks , it is clean, quiet, comfortable, staff members are courteous & professional and offerings are decent to good. Even at the listed price, this lounge is well worth it if you are going to be in Norman Manley airport over 1 hr. The vegetarian stew was definitely 11/10 & they offer a variety of Cocktail Jamaica patties among other local snacks and cuisine. All the food  I had was fresh & taste good.
