On departure, guests are required to check-in with their respective airline providers before proceeding to our Fast Track Lane for expedited processing through security checkpoints. Our guests are not escorted on departure but allowed to browse at their leisure through the Duty-Free shops in the departure concourse before getting to the lounge. Once in the lounge, guests have the benefit of comfortable seating in our air-conditioned facilities, private restrooms and shower, a full-service bar and extensive buffet offering a complimentary assortment of sweet and savoury snacks, finger foods, sandwiches, patties and fruits, and a full-service bar offering hot and cold, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Our guests can avail themselves of various entertainment options such as international cable tv, periodicals and magazines, Kids Play Area and Teenage Gaming Room or just a quiet space to relax before your flight.

Our Departure lounge is significantly more expansive both in size as well as in a wider assortment of food and a full-service bar whereas our Arrival Lounge is intimately sized with a limited selection of refreshments and is intended to offer our guests a space to quickly refresh and refuel before heading to their ground transportation.
We have partnered with several lounge card entities whereby on departure, membership card holders are entitled to our Fast Track Lane access in security and immigrations, lounge access and amenities, this access, is based on space availability.

Club Kingston has one departure lounge and Club Mobay has four departure lounge spaces in the departure concourse across from Gate 12, and a fifth departure lounge in the departure concourse near Gate 7.
The maximum duration permitted within the departure lounge is three hours. In the event of a delayed flight, extended stay in lounge is subject to availability and the discretion of the management team.
As a courtesy, and show of appreciation for our clients’ patronage, dependent on space availability and the length of the delay, a time extension might be honored provided confirmed passengers with designated seat allotments are NOT impacted.
Departing passengers are required to check in at least 3 hours before scheduled departure time. Additional travel time to the airport should be considered.

CLUB MOBAY: Once you have disembarked the aircraft, an agent will be waiting at our designated meeting point the end of the ramp with a personalized sign.
