Comment: Very frustrated with WiFi connection
Solution: We have upgraded our equipment and will also be increasing our bandwidth.
Comment: You could have more gluten free options
Solution: New menu was implemented that has Gluten free options including pastries and snacks.
Comment: Over all it was excellent but WiFi was down and that needs improvement

Comment: Crowded at first but great after everyone left
Solution: We added a new expansion to lounge and a new seat plan was done.
Comment: We wanted to watch tv but groups only?? Not Nice. Was rude when we sat in group area
Solution: We added a new expansion to our Lounge and added 4 more televisions.
Comment: Lounges need more chairs
Solution: We added a new expansion to lounge and a new seat plan was done.
Comment: Too warm. Air conditioning inadequate for number of people
Solution: New AC units were installed in all our Departure lounges.
Comment: I think you could have more chips, fresh fruit and larger selection of alcohols & better wine brands
Solution: New menu was implemented in October 2015. We added, Baileys, Smirnoff flavored Vodkas and Dancing Flame and Caracter wines to our beverage offerings.
