ARRIVALS – CLUB MOBAY (MBJ)
Meet & Greet
Upon disembarking, proceed to the bottom of the ramp where your Club Mobay Representative will be waiting with a personalized sign.
Priority Immigration Processing
Your representative will guide you through the VIP Immigration Priority Lane and remain close by to assist with any questions.
Baggage & Customs Assistance
After Immigration, you will be escorted to the Baggage Hall for luggage assistance and through the VIP Priority lane in Customs.
Escort to Lounge or Transportation
You will be escorted to the Club Mobay Arrivals Lounge for complimentary refreshments.
If your hotel offers an arrival lounge or pre-arranged transportation, your representative will escort you there.
DEPARTURES – CLUB MOBAY (MBJ)
Check-In
On arrival at the airport, complete check-in with your airline.
Collect VIP Priority Access
- As you exit the check-in area, look for the Club Mobay signs near Desk 28 and the entrance to security.
- Present your travel documents and your Club Mobay letter containing your QR code to confirm your reservation.
Note: You cannot access the VIP priority lane or the lounge without this letter and QR code.
Security Screening
Proceed through the dedicated VIP priority lane located on the left side of the checkpoint.
Accessing the Lounge
Once through security, follow the directional signs to the Club Mobay Departure Lounge where you will be warmly welcomed.
Lounge Access – New eGates Step
Upon arrival at the Club Mobay Departure Lounge, scan your QR code at the eGates for a seamless entry experience.

Arrival Portion
- Meet your representative at the bottom of the ramp.

- Complete airline check-in.
- Present travel documents and your Club Mobay letter with QR code.
Note: Access to the VIP priority lane and lounge requires this Club Mobay welcome or booking reservation letter.
- Proceed through the VIP security lane.
- Scan your QR code at the eGates upon lounge entry.

Departure Portion
- Complete check-in with your airline.
- Present travel documents and your Club Mobay Welcome letter (with QR code) to access VIP processing.
- Enter the VIP priority lane (left lane).
- Scan QR code at eGates for lounge entry.
Arrival Portion
- Meet your representative holding a personalized sign.
- Receive priority guidance through Immigration and Customs.
- Be escorted to the Club Mobay Arrivals Lounge or hotel lounge/transport.

Your representative will help ensure your arrival documents are completed correctly and guide you through the priority processing steps.
Customs Guidance
You will be escorted through Customs with support provided throughout.
Escort to Lounge
After clearing Customs, you will be guided to the Club Kingston Arrivals Lounge to relax and enjoy refreshments.
DEPARTURES – CLUB KINGSTON (KIN)
Check-In
Upon arrival at the airport, complete your standard airline check-in.
Proceed to Security
After check-in, go directly to the security screening area.
Finding the Lounge
Once you clear security, proceed upstairs and follow the signs to the Club Kingston Lounge, located to the right after the escalator.
Lounge Access
Present your Club Kingston confirmation with your QR code (digital or printed) to the Club Kingston team to gain access.
