Great experience – excellent service and plenty of choice
We had a great experience at the Montego Bay Airport Lounge and would definitely use it again. The lounge was clean, bright and spacious, with plenty of comfortable seating. There was a good variety of food available, with something to suit different tastes, and we were impressed with the overall quality and choice. The staff were friendly, attentive and very efficient. Our glasses were never left empty, and dirty plates were cleared away quickly, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and well looked after. The toilet and shower area was also clean, and the attendant there was friendly and welcoming. One of the biggest benefits for us was being able to use the shower facilities and freshen up and change our clothes before our night flight. This was particularly welcome after spending the day in Jamaica doing last minute shopping and made travelling home much more comfortable. Overall, it was a lovely way to spend time at the airport before our late night flight. Perfect for hassle free arrivals
Have used Club Mobay’s services before at Kingston, but never before at Sangster. Highly recommend this service, although we appear to have been the only flight arrival late evening, the process was seamless and we managed to get from leaving the airplane doors through to collecting our luggage and exiting the airport within 20 minutes. Arlando met us at the foot of the ramp, and guided us through the immigration machine and to the official. We managed to pick up some duty free and went on to clear customs with ease, and did not encounter any issues or delays, finding our bags already unloaded from the carousel. Wonderful!!!
We stayed for a little over 3 hours. Our experience was excellent. Hospitality was wonderful. Excellent buffet and drinks. Nice comfortable atmosphere. My husband and I got wonderful massages before we left for our flight also. It was actually the best part of our vacation. Highly recommend. Definitely worth the money. We purchased this before departure. The place was nice and clean, and has a shower and spa area. The food was decent and I can appreciate the vegan/vegetarian options. Club Mobay is the only reason I didn’t strangle a family of slow-moving Disney/Walmart/NASCAR tourists in the immigration line.

You step off the plane and get greeted by a parade of smiling Jamaican women with bodies like slender goddesses who somehow still look happy to see your sweaty, dehydrated ass. They smile, take your bag, and whisk you past the human traffic jam of people who think “vacation mode” means walking like their ankles are filled with concrete.

Discovering Club Mobay on our departure was a phenomenal surprise that completely transformed our airport experience. We weren’t even aware that the airport featured a VIP lounge until we spotted an associate in the main terminal holding a sign for Priority Pass members. After a quick and seamless verification process at their dedicated desk, we were granted full access on the spot, which immediately escorted us into a designated, accelerated security lane that completely bypassed the massive main lines.

Once through security, the VIP lounge provided a luxurious and tranquil sanctuary away from the chaotic energy of the main gates. The space is beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and highly comfortable. The absolute highlight of our stay was the wonderful Jamaican buffet, which featured an impressive spread of delicious, authentic local dishes that allowed us to enjoy one last memorable meal before boarding. The hospitality throughout the lounge was incredibly warm and welcoming. It is an exceptional amenity that entirely alleviates travel stress, allowing you to relax, unwind, and wait for your flight in absolute comfort. Its well worth it and the staff really stood out bigtime
Food and drinks were fine
A big shout out to Christopher who does the cleaning
Thats all we saw him do was clean
He actually took time to say hello and asked if everything was good
When our flight # was called out we ran out but I forgot my duty free alcohol
Well guess who came out running looking for me...Christopher
Thanks we really do appreciate it
Also another lady cleaning was Naggie who keeps the bathrooms very clean
We definitely recommend booking Club Mobay

Absolutely the very best!  Love this service.  Fast security lane, excellent!  We arrived at Montego Bay airport early as it was raining in MoBay and instead of walking around in the rain, we decided to return our car early and go to the airport.  We arrived at 3 pm for a 7:30 pm flight...we had carry on bags so we did not need to wait for the airline to open the check in desk.  We sailed through security using Club MoBay quick express lane, then went straight up into Club MoBay where we were beautifully greeted.  We changed in their lovely bathroom, very clean, excellent air conditioning and we served complimentary drinks and enjoyed their buffet of soup (2 kinds - red pea and chicken vegetable), assorted salads, sandwiches (with bread and wraps) chicken and beef patties, hot jerk chicken and rice and peas.  They had a selection of tiny pastries and a machine serving cappuccino, espresso, coffee, hot water and a selection of teas and hot chocolate.  They has a shower but I did not see it or use it.  There is also a divided off room with a glass wall for children with toys and books and a cushioned floor.  The lounge chairs are very comfortable, and they also have round tables with chairs where you can eat if you wish.  There are multiple outlets each with a USB A and a USB C for charging your devices.  I will never travel home from Montego Bay without making use of Club MoBay. I have mostly had a great experience with Club Kingston. The cost is reasonable for the benefits. The atmosphere is always lovely, the service is great, and the staff is cordial. Perfect for a Four Hour Wait
This got booked by my Aunt, who was curious about this experience and wanted to use it during her next trip to Jamaica. I loved the space, seating, privacy, and a view of the football matches on every screen. I had to wait a few hours at the airport for my next flight, so access to wifi and the comforts of the service was a MASSIVE welcome. Staff was kind when I arrived, and I immediately recommended this to my sister, her husband, and mother, who are yet to depart from the island. Exceptional VIP service from Arrival to Departure
I recently treated myself to the VIP Club Kingston Lounge, VIP arrival and departure Service at Kingston Airport, and I can honestly say It was one of the best travel experiences I’ve had. From the moment I landed in Jamaica, I felt welcomed and taken care of. A wonderful staff member named ChakaKhan was waiting for me with a sign displaying my name. She greeted me with such warmth and kindness and personally escorted me through the airport, guiding me through customs and making the entire arrival process seamless and stress-free. My departure experience was just as impressive. I was escorted to the lounge, where I was greeted by a team of friendly, professional, and attentive staff members. Everyone was pleasant, engaging, and consistently checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. Although the food was beautifully displayed and available for self-service, the staff still went above and beyond ensure guests felt welcomed and cared for. And I have to mention the rum punch! It was absolutely delicious, without a doubt one of the best rum punches I’ve ever tasted. If you ever visit the lounge, make sure you try it. The VIP club lounge provided exactly what I needed, excellent service, warm hospitality, a clean and comfortable space, tasty food and great drinks, and I could not forget fast running Wi-Fi! Thank you to ChakaKhan and the entire VIP club Kingston lounge staff for making my arrival and departure is so enjoyable. Great Lounge
This is the first time in 11 years since I was last in this lounge. I believe the lounge had a refurb in 2025. The lounge is comfortable and the food offering has a wide selection and all the food is clearly labeled with allergens. There was a couple of vegetarian and vegan options. A very helpful service

This is a game changer!

Someone had recommended this service to us for our arrival and departure, and I'm so glad we purchased it! Tamara (Lewis) greeted us off the plane and walked us through everything. She was so kind! The process was smooth and you get to by pass the line. We were served by Nickeshia in the arrival lounge, and she was also lovely and kind.

When we came back to leave, the process was also easy. They have signs in the airport telling you where to enter. The airport departure lounge was huge. It has comfortable seating, clean bathrooms, outlets to charge your electronics. The entire lounge was clean and the food was great! Melissa was our hostess, and she was kind.

I can say all the employees were friendly, had positive energy and made the experience even more better. I would definitely purchase this again.

One of the best airport lounges I've used, and I've been to many: fabulous, freshly prepared, delicious food with ingredients listed; super-friendly, attentive and helpful staff; spacious, quiet (6pm on a Monday evening) and comfortable.

Used this lounge twice so far using my priority pass, this place offers good food & snacks , it is clean, quiet, comfortable, staff members are courteous & professional and offerings are decent to good. Even at the listed price, this lounge is well worth it if you are going to be in Norman Manley airport over 1 hr. The vegetarian stew was definitely 11/10 & they offer a variety of Cocktail Jamaica patties among other local snacks and cuisine. All the food  I had was fresh & taste good. Superb!
I have mostly had a great experience with Club Kingston. The cost is reasonable for the benefits. The atmosphere is always lovely, the service is great, and the staff is cordial. Place to unwind.

Perfect for a Four Hour Wait
This got booked by my Aunt, who was curious about this experience and wanted to use it during her next trip to Jamaica. I loved the space, seating, privacy, and a view of the football matches on every screen. I had to wait a few hours at the airport for my next flight, so access to wifi and the comforts of the service was a MASSIVE welcome. Staff was kind when I arrived, and I immediately recommended this to my sister, her husband, and mother, who are yet to depart from the island.
