N.B. All flight updates must be communicated to VIP Attractions via email at least 48 hours prior to previously scheduled travel with URGENT FLIGHT UPDATE in the subject field. Flight updates are accommodated based on space availability, provided guests with pre-existing bookings for your rescheduled time slot are not negatively impacted.
As far in advance as possible, or, as soon as you have flight confirmation, which is the most critical information required to complete a booking.
We require a minimum of 48 hours prior to travel for the arrival and bundled services, and at least 24 hours prior to travel for departure only service.
For bookings made online, your confirmation will be sent to you via email within 24 hours of completing the booking. The confirmation will be attached to the email in PDF format which you can print and bring with you to the airport for validation, or present a digital copy for review by our agent.
For bookings made directly with our reservations department, a confirmation letter will be sent to you via email within 24 hours of completing the booking.

Club Mobay has a sound-controlled children’s playroom, a Teenage Gaming Room, and a mini-Spa while Club Kingston has a Conference room and an escort per flight to your gate on Departure
Guests are met at the end of the Jet Bridge after disembarking the aircraft, an agent will be waiting with a personalized sign.

Currently our airport service is only available in Jamaica at Club Kingston, located at the Norman Manley International Airport, and Club Mobay at the Sangster International Airport.
Club Kingston has one departure lounge and Club Mobay has four departure lounge spaces located in the departure concourse across from Gate 12 as well as a fifth departure lounge located in the departure concourse near Gate 7.

Due to strict Federal Aviation Administration policies and guidelines, only designated airport officials are permitted to handle checked bags. From a customer service standpoint, Club Mobay/Kingston Agents are able to assist with the retrieval of our clients’ bags upon arrival to the island when necessary. It is the ultimate responsibility of the guests to monitor their bags at all times, including checking them in with the airlines upon island departure.
