You may cancel your booking at any time. Please notify us promptly if you need to cancel to avoid any charges. Cancellations can be made by phone or email through Customer Support at 1-876-619-1565 or customersupport@vipattractions.com to discuss your options. Changes such as date, time, flight number, and contact details may be permitted based on availability. Please refer to the cancellation terms below depending on your booking type:
Individual / Online Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received up to 48 hours prior to travel are entitled to a refund, less applicable administrative fees.
Distributor / Partner Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received up to 48 hours prior to travel are entitled to a refund, less applicable administrative fees. Commissions claimed become invalid for refunded bookings. Cancellation requests will be confirmed upon receipt of a cancellation order sent to the relevant reservations email address and an acknowledgement email from the VIP Attractions reservations department. If no acknowledgement is received within 24 hours, please resubmit the cancellation order. Credit notes will only be issued for confirmed cancellations.
Group Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the initial passenger are entitled to a refund of the contracted amount, less applicable administration fees.
Force Majeure: A cancellation penalty may be waived, at the sole discretion of VIP Attractions, in cases of Force Majeure.
Force Majeure refers to events beyond the reasonable control of either party, including but not limited to Acts of God (such as fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disasters), war, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption or failure of essential utilities or communication services.
In such circumstances, VIP Attractions will review requests on a case-by-case basis and determine whether administrative or cancellation fees will be applied. While every effort will be made to accommodate guests and partners affected by extraordinary events, refunds or fee waivers are not automatically guaranteed.
Neither party is entitled to terminate this Agreement solely due to the occurrence of a Force Majeure event.
