David, originally from Ireland, became a Jamaican citizen in 2010. He is a Chartered Accountant with a degree from Dublin City University and a master’s in economics from University College Cork. David’s career includes key roles in international companies, most notably at Digicel, where he joined as Finance Director in 2002 and became CEO for Jamaica in 2003. During his tenure, he grew the customer base to 2 million.
David has been actively involved in corporate social responsibility, serving on various boards including Jamaica Trade and Invest (JAMPRO), CITO, the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica (PSOJ), and the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce (JCC). He also served on the board of the Spanish Jamaican Foundation, was appointed Ambassador for the University of the West Indies, and chaired the Richard Branson Caribbean Foundation.
In 2011, David launched VIP Attractions at Sangster International Airport and Norman Manley International Airport, under the brands “Club Mobay” and “Club Kingston.” These lounges, the first culturally themed VIP lounges in the world, have won numerous awards, including Best Airport Lounge in the Caribbean and Americas at the World Travel Awards and Best Airport Lounge in the World by Priority Pass.
David is married to Liz and has two sons and a daughter. His interests include travel, golf, soccer, and hurling.

Carlos Moleón Rodríguez, born in Leon, Spain, holds a degree in Economics from the University of Madrid, specializing in Foreign Trade. After various roles in accounting and finance within the construction industry, he moved to Jamaica in 2000. He served as General Manager for Avanzit Jamaica before founding Calatel in 2002. Under his leadership, Calatel grew to 300 employees and generated annual revenues of US$25 million. He sold Calatel to Avanzit in 2007.
In 2009, Carlos founded Lost World Construction, securing contracts for projects like Secrets Hotel and the Gran Bahia Príncipe extension. In 2010, he co-founded VIP Attractions with David Hall to establish Club Mobay and Club Kingston at Jamaica’s airports. As Director, Carlos oversees construction, refurbishing, and expansion projects within VIP’s growing infrastructure.
Carlos is married to Amanda and has three children. He enjoys traveling, music, and cooking in his spare time.

Novelette joined VIP Attractions in May 2014 as the Finance Manager and was then promoted to the Financial Controller position in November 2015. She is responsible for effectively managing all financial tasks, overseeing budgeting and accounting functions. She provides guidance to ensure the financial solvency of the Company. Over the past fifteen years, Novelette has worked in financial roles in the FMCG and Banking industry. Novelette enjoys traveling and family centered activities.

A native of the capital city, Kingston, and an advocate for Corporate Social Responsibility and Employee Development. She is deeply committed to the success of the hospitality industry and by extension, brand Jamaica.
Her background in education, post 3 years at Shortwood Teachers College, shaped her into the hardworking, confident, results-oriented, and dedicated individual that she is today. She joins the VIP Attractions team with over 18 years of Senior Management experience, of which she spent the last 6 years in the BPO industry. Tanya has had direct responsibility for teams of over 2,000 employees as well as client relationship management with many major players in the following industries – Retail, Finance, Hospitality, and Telecoms in addition to insurance within the North American and European markets.
Tanya worked with Digicel since its launch in Jamaica and held many roles within the company including the Chief Executive Officer. During her tenure, she spearheaded several projects with a specific focus on Operations, Sales, Marketing and Customer Care Management. There, she was able to use her natural leadership skills and creative thought process to design new strategies to enhance project performance, harnessing the talents of different individuals on the team to improve the systems and service deliverables. Tanya’s unique ability to establish rapport with diverse individuals and her long-term vision to overcome short-term setbacks will contribute to the success of the VIP brand.

Since 2015, Andrea has been using her creative vision and excellent insight into company management to enhance the operations of the Finance department as the Chief Financial Officer of VIP Attractions Limited.
Prior to her promotion to this role, Andrea served as the Finance Manager. Based on her outstanding achievements, it was an easy decision to promote her to the C.F.O position.
Her passion for accounting started at an early age. She currently holds an MBA from (…..) and has been recognized several times for outstanding performance.

Carla’s journey in the world of hospitality and tourism began in her hometown of Valencia, a picturesque Spanish city nestled on the Mediterranean coast. She pursued her passion by studying Hospitality, Tourism, and Hotel Management during her university years.
Her early professional experiences took her to boutique hotels, where she honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of the industry at a young age. Eager to expand her horizons, Carla transitioned into a consulting role for tourism companies. It was during this phase that she joined the dynamic team at Sweet Hotels, a company renowned for its expertise in hotel management, as a consultant joining their projects management team.
Simultaneously, Carla embarked on a journey of continuous learning and personal growth by pursuing an MBA with a specialization in hotel management. Her commitment to excellence did not go unnoticed, as the esteemed international hotel chain, RIU Hotels & Resorts, recruited her to Jamaica. There, she served as an Assistant General Manager for four years, immersing herself in the vibrant culture and the idyllic beauty of the island.
Carla’s love for Jamaica was undeniable, and she made the life-changing decision to make it her permanent home. With an excellent eight years of experience in the tourism industry, she brings fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the table. Her passion lies in enhancing operational efficiency and fostering a high-performance team culture. Carla is a valuable addition to our team at VIP Attractions, where she continues to make a significant impact on the industry with her fresh and dynamic perspective on the world of business.

Tamar joined VIP Attractions in July 2016 having previously served in the capacity of Human Resources Manager at Melia Braco Village and Grand Bahia Principe Jamaica. Prior to this, she served in the capacity of a Legal Officer, Administrative Assistant and Office Manager in other private and public sector organizations. As Human Resources Director, her core functions include Recruitment, Benefit Administration, handling Industrial Relations and Training & Development. She feels very strongly that a company’s greatest asset, its Human Resources, should feel engaged, motivated and fulfilled. Her mantra is “Dynamite comes in small packages, don’t look at my size; watch the impact!

His professional background includes working with several large companies within the Caribbean, overseeing many divisions including Entertainment, Group and Weddings, and Loyalty Programs.
His mandate is to promote a high-performance culture by implementing commercial strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.

Allison Callam joined the VIP team with over a decade of experience in investment banking and sales. She has been a driving force in fostering and expanding business relationships with local travel partners. Armed with a Master’s in Business Administration, her track record includes a remarkable achievement in the financial sector, where she spearheaded the successful establishment of a financial house’s first location in the Western region.
A seasoned professional with an impressive eight-year journey within our organization, Allison began as a Senior Sales Manager and ascended the ranks to assume the pivotal role of Head of Sales for Jamaica.
Her strategic vision and dynamic leadership were instrumental in the successful launch of our company’s first membership program, revolutionizing customer engagement and loyalty.
She was instrumental in the establishment of Jamaica Experiences, a sister company focused on promoting and elevating brand Jamaica. Under her guidance, this PR entity collaborated with Jamaican businesses utilizing diverse platforms, from digital marketing to print, to amplify the essence of brand Jamaica to visitors pre-arrival, whilst on island, and post travel.
Allison also oversees our company’s social media initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and impactful online presence. Her dedication to enhancing our brand’s visibility and engagement is evident in VIP’s digital interaction. Her multifaceted role encompasses not only sales leadership but also a visionary approach to expanding our company’s influence and relevance in a rapidly evolving market.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Allison believes in work life balance she is a fitness enthusiast and avid reader, seamlessly blending physical and mental wellness into her lifestyle.

Jullian Henry currently serves as the Director of Culinary Experiences at VIP Attractions at the Sangster International Airport. She is an accomplished senior level executive with more than 16 years of experience in customer service and hospitality operations. Before joining VIP Attractions, Ms. Henry served as the Director of Guest Services at Sandals Montego Bay, handling the varying needs, demands, requests and sometimes grouses of well over 300 guests on average per week. Blossoming from humble beginnings as a trainee, her youthful exuberance and a determination to reach the helm of the corporate ladder has allowed her to remain committed to extending the highest quality service to her guests.
With her 16 years of service to Sandals, she has steered the customer service ratings of Sandals’ flagship resort to the highest levels. During her tenure she has received numerous nominations and awards, with the highest accolade received where she was named “Manager of the Year.” In 2015, Henry was employed at VIP attractions as deputy director of operations responsible for food and beverage. Within a year, she transformed the food and beverage division at VIP Attraction to a first-class service orientated facility. Ms. Henry is also the driving force behind the heart of the business operation by ensuring that the team members consistently deliver exceptional customer service to its clients.
Ms. Henry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University College of the Caribbean and a certificate in Events Planning and management from the University of Technology. She also received a scholarship from Sandals resorts to gain a professional certificate in Hotel and Hospitality management from George Washington University. Her mantra is to “focus on the small yet significant things and pay attention to details, which she believes makes a world of difference.”

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Nicola Thomas brings extensive expertise in project management and strategic execution to VIP Attractions Limited. As Director of Projects, she plays a pivotal role in overseeing the development and successful implementation of key initiatives that drive innovation and elevate the company’s world-class services.
Since joining VIP Attractions Limited in 2015 as Deputy Director of Airport Operations, and subsequently being promoted to Director of Projects, Nicola has spearheaded numerous transformative projects, including the expansion of Club Mobay’s facilities to meet the growing passenger demand. Her exceptional leadership has been recognized with multiple accolades, including Director of the Year 2017 and Director of the Year 2022-2023, reflecting her outstanding contributions.
Nicola’s unwavering commitment to excellence, paired with her sharp attention to detail, ensures that every project aligns with VIP Attractions’ mission to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Her leadership cultivates a culture of collaboration, innovation, and sustainable growth, positioning the organization as a leader in the hospitality industry.
Beyond her work at VIP Attractions, Nicola is actively involved in community development and cultural events. She plays a key role in organizing two of Jamaica’s most beloved events: the Mobay City Run, which supports education and charitable initiatives, and Reggae Sumfest, the island’s iconic music festival.

Nicky Ann L. Henlon-McCrea is a seasoned professional with an illustrious 28-year tenure in the Hospitality and Tourism sector. Armed with a sound educational background in the field, she has not merely worked but flourished, leaving an indelible mark on prestigious establishments.
Having steered her career through the corridors of excellence, Nicky Ann has been a stalwart at industry giants like Air Jamaica during its operational zenith and Sandals Resorts. Her extensive expertise spans crucial facets of the hospitality sector, including guest relations, Concierge and Butler, reservations, housekeeping, customer satisfaction, maintenance, and the intricate nuances of food and beverage services.
For the past 12 years, Nicky Ann has graced VIP Attractions – Club Mobay, where she has exhibited unparalleled leadership in various managerial capacities. Her leadership style is a testament to her commitment to fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment. She inspires and motivates her team with a unique blend of visionary guidance and genuine concern for each team member’s growth and well-being, consistently translating into tangible and positive results.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Nicky Ann is a devoted Christian, a loving wife, and a nurturing mother to three wonderful children. Her life is anchored in the belief that “God is good,” a sentiment that permeates not only her philosophy but also infuses positivity and gratitude in all her professional endeavors.

Shernnette joined VIP Attractions in February 2017 as Workforce Management Consultant, developing cost savings initiatives and moved into the Business Analyst and Process Improvement Manager role in August 2017. Shernnette served at Digicel for 9 years and was known for developing improvement initiatives to consistently meet and exceed targeted expectations. During her tenure at Digicel, she served as Workforce Management and Process Improvement Supervisor at Digicel Jamaica then moved on to Digicel Trinidad as a member of the pre-launch roll out team. She later served as Senior Workforce Management and Process Improvement Supervisor.
Due to her achievements in Jamaica and Trinidad, she was requested by Digicel Haiti to serve as Operations Manager with a team of over 600 persons. Digicel Jamaica later requested for Shernnette to return as Workforce Management Consultant. Shernnette was later promoted to Business Analyst and then Operations Manager. Based on the knowledge gained at Digicel, she launched Sagicor’s Contact Centre in 2010 and headed the team for almost 5 years with an impressive answer rate of 98%. Shernnette holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of the West Indies and a certificate in Learning and Development from the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean. With a high degree of precision and insight and over 20 years of experience in Workforce Management, Shernnette Gregory was appointed Senior Manager – Workforce Management & Reporting in January 2024. Her warm demeanor and knack for problem solving, coupled with her organizational skills will help propel the company to make solid decisions for growth opportunities.

Charmaine joined VIP Attractions on May 27, 2011, as the General Manager of the Club Kingston lounge located at the Norman Manley International Airport, Kingston. Before joining VIP Attractions, Charmaine enjoyed an extensive career in the airline industry with several senior management positions. She spent 22 years at American Airlines and 14 years with Air Jamaica. On demitting office from the Caribbean Airlines Transition team when Air Jamaica was taken over, she was the Regional Manager for several stations including Kingston. Charmaine is an avid music lover who especially enjoys Soca and carnival activities. She is married and has two children.
