Cancellations

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your booking at any time. Please advise us if you are unable to retain your booking as soon as possible to avoid any charges. We accept cancellations by phone or email by advising Customer Support at (1-876)-619-1565 or email customercare@vipattractions.com to discuss your options. The following changes may be permitted, according to their availability: date, time, flight number and contact details.

Please refer to the cancellation terms stated below, depending on the nature of your booking.

Individual / Online Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled booking time are entitled to a 100% refund less an administration charge.
  • Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled booking time are non refundable

Distributor / Partner Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled booking time are entitled to a 100% refund less an administration charge.
  • Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled booking time are non refundable (pre-payments would be retained/invoices would still be issued)
  • Commission claimed for would not be valid for cancelled or refunded bookings

Group Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received 7 days prior to scheduled departure of initial passenger is entitled to 100% refund of the contracted amount
  • Cancellations received between 2 – 7 days of scheduled departure of the initial passenger is entitled to 70% refund of the contracted amount
  • Cancellations received less than 2 days (48 hours) of the scheduled departure of the initial passenger is non-refundable
  • An administration fee will be deducted from any refunds given

 A Cancellation penalty may not apply in case of Force Majeure, which is defined also as Act of God.

A party is not liable for failure to perform the party's obligations If such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service. No party is entitled to terminate this Agreement in case of Force Majeure
