Immediately after graduation his love for Jamaica brought him back as he started his career as a Food and Beverage Trainee Manager with Sandals. Staying in Food and Beverage, Alexander moved to Turks and Caicos where he was a Restaurant Manager at the famed Beaches Resort and Spa.
