Tabitha joined VIP Attractions as Chief Executive Officer to the VIP Attractions family with effect from January 13th  2014. 

Tabitha is known as an innovative Executive and joins the VIP family with multiple years of international experience in sales, marketing, business operations, management, and business development.   

Recently, Tabitha was on the executive team at WisyncoGroup Ltd. where she was responsible for the on premise and hospitality division, achieving significant growth for the company during her tenure.  Tabitha has nearly 14 years’ experience working in the hospitality industry starting with the likes of SunSplashTours in Montego Bay.  She also worked with the World Famous Rick’s Café right here in our own backyard. Last but certainly not least she worked with The Ritz-Carlton in Aspen, Miami, Caribbean, and Mexico.  Having completed her MBA in China and working with a start-up facilitating Market Penetration in the US, she is now ready to move back to Jamaica to be a part of the VIP Attractions startup/family on the next steps for further success.

Natalie our Chief Financial Officer who started with us in December 2013 came to VIP Attractions with a wealth of experience in Finance.   Natalie was recently the Financial Controller for Jamaica Beverages – Subsidiaries for the CARICOM region.

Natalie is known to be a highly motivated individual who is result oriented


Claudine Smith

Director of Operations

Claudine, is the first employee of VIP Attractions, and oversees the overall operation to ensure that all guests receive the VIP experience.  She is the right hand of Executive Chairman - David Hall who fondly jokes that she is the third woman in his life next to his wife and daughter.

Claudine has a number years in the senior management capacity with emphasis in the retail industry.  While her initial training was in the area of MIS - management information systems - Claudine branched into, and found her niche in the hospitality industry when approached by David to join his team.  

Claudine is known for her tough style, cost control and attention to detail and was recently promoted to the position of Director of Operations where she will continue to work closely with the operational team in achieving their goals.  

Recently married, she is now Claudine Heaveyand has one son.  She is passionate about her work and family and loves to travel.


Alexander Kong

Director of Airport Operations

Alexander Kong was born and raised in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Born to Chinese-Jamaican parents he spent majority of his formative years in airports travelling back and forth to Jamaica for his holidays. Through these holidays he developed a love for all things “hospitality”. This passion led him to pursue his post-secondary education at the University of Guelph where he graduated with Honors, receiving his Bachelors of Commerce with a major in Hospitality and Tourism Management.

Immediately after graduation his love for Jamaica brought him back as he started his career as a Food and Beverage Trainee Manager with Sandals. Staying in Food and Beverage, Alexander moved to Turks and Caicos where he was a Restaurant Manager at the famed Beaches Resort and Spa. An opportunity to move back “home” saw him at CoyabaBeach Resort in Montego Bay as Food and Beverage Manager where he was promoted to Guest Services Manager and ultimately to Resident Manager.  He continued his growth in the industry by moving to Florida to work as a Rooms Division Manager with the Ritz-Carlton hotel company. While working there he was the main liaison between the hotel and the contractors during the $32 million dollar, 18-month renovation project. Through this responsibility he also oversaw the Club Lounge, Front Desk and Office and Guest Services teams.

Missing the Jamaican lifestyle, food, family and culture he joined VIP Attractions in the beginning of 2013.

Alexander is an avid sports fan who enjoys golfing, cooking, reading and surfing during his spare time. 


Shelly-Ann Fung

Director of International Sales

Jamaican. Shelly-Ann Fung is the newly appointed Director of International Sales at VIP Attractions. Rooted and bred in Hospitality for over 16 Years, this devoted mother’s every essence beacons the very phrase “The Total Package”.

Her enthusiasm and fierce commitment to exceptional customer service, leadership, and her vast knowledge, innate sense of style and creative flair catapulted her career from an entertainment coordinator (at age 16) to pursue a managerial journey.

Shelly's natural aptitude for transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary, her ability for getting the job done and her meticulous eye for detail has afforded her many prestigious awards to include the "Gordon Butch Stewart Scholarship" to Hocking College in Nelsonville Ohio where she received her Associate Degree in Hotel Restaurant Management during her tenure with Sandals Resorts.

She has a proven track record for consistently raising the bar and upward mobility; at Sandals Resorts she has held the capacity of Trainee Manager, Entertainment Manager and then Sales Manager. Her growth continued at the Ritz Carlton Rose Hall for two years firstly as Assistant Director of Activities and was shortly thereafter promoted to the Director of Guest Experiences. She later assumed the role of Group Manager, Weddings at the corporate offices of Sandals Resorts International and now has joined the VIP Attractions family in November 2013.

Professional, passionate, charismatic, accomplished, results oriented and approachable are words that perfectly describe Shelly’s work ethic. With total dedication to this very challenging and rewarding career, Shelly sees the importance to provide a uniquely eclectic experience for her clients through the efforts of her team whilst setting the foundation of standards, quality assurance and value for money.


Gail Henry

Head of Client Relations

Gail was born in the parish of Kingston, of parents Mr. and Mrs. Stewart Smith.  She grew up with her parents and 4 siblings. Her schooling includes Holy Childhood High, and later graduated from Northern Caribbean University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Studies (Magna Cum Laude).

Gail’s first job was with National Commercial Bank, where she worked for 6 years, her last post being that of Junior Supervisor when she resigned in 1996 to join the family printing business.

There she worked in the capacity of Administrative Manager for approximately 10 years before moving on to Source Technology where she spent 2 years as Office Manager.

She joined the VIP Attractions team in 2011 where she currently holds the post of Head of Reservations.

Gail has one son and her main hobby is reading.


Charmaine Franklin

General Manager Club Kingston

Charmaine joined VIP Attractions on May 27, 2011 as the General Manager of the lounge Club Kingston located at the Norman Manley International Airport, Kingston.

Before joining VIP Attractions, Charmaine had an extensive career in the airline industry with a number of senior management positions.  She spent 22 years at American Airlines and 14 years with Air Jamaica. On demitting office from the Caribbean Airlines Transition team when Air Jamaica was taken over she was the Regional Manager for several station including Kingston.

An avid music lover, who enjoys especially socaand carnival activities.

She is married and has two children.


Ann Marie Burke

Director of Human Resources

Ann Marie Burke, nee Isaacs was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica. Ann Marie is married to well- known Jamaican Davis Cup tennis player and Tennis Director, Douglas Burke and has two kids.

Ann Marie is best known for her thirty three years served at the national carrier – Air Jamaica where she worked as Human Resources Manager with responsibility for over two thousand employees from the Eastern Caribbean to Europe.  A human resource development professional, with  special skills honed in both the Tourism   and Airline Industry,  expertise in change management, organizational renewal, team building, project management, event planning troubleshooting and strategic interventions for excellent service delivery.

Her most recent tenure was as a member of the senior management team of Rose Hall development and was integrally involved in building the leadership capacity of the organisationand upgrading staff at all levels to meet business and operational goals.  Also assisted the marketing team in successfully re-branding and repackaging different tourism products and was responsible for planning and organising  major fundraising and philanthropic events.

Ann Marie is an avid sports fan who enjoys watching movies, lying on the beach and playing board and card games of any type.


Celina Hendriks

Senior Operations Manager

In her career to date, Celina has displayed a track record of excellence.

Prior to joining VIP Attractions in the capacity of Senior Operations Managers, Celina operated in the capacity of Head of Credit & Collections in the Finance Department at Digicel. Celina has in excess of Fifteen (15) years customer service, management, leadership, and team building experience. She joined Digicelin the year 2001 in the capacity of call centre agent. Subsequent to joining the company she was promoted within record time; she occupied a number of managerial positions in the Customer Care department some of which included but is not limited to: Team Leader, Senior Support Manager, and Senior Operations Manager.

Celina is known and recognized for her strong organizational, analytical, communication, and leadership skills. She has received several public commendations from customers who wish to thank her for the superior service she provides.

Celina possesses a Diploma in Management Studies from University College of the Caribbean. Her experience working within customer-intensive forums coupled with her educational background in Management Studies has enabled her to operate from both an integral and a strategic management perspective and has also contributed to her overall success as a leader.

Celina's interests include travel and spending time with her family.


Jermaine Bell

Jermaine is known as an excellent communicator, problem solver and joins the VIP family with over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing and management. Jermaine has a track record for maximizing sales, boosting staff morale, creating structure and maintaining the highest level of service.

Jermaine recently worked with the MargaritavilleGroup, where he managed multiple Food and Beverage properties which included international brands. Jermaine strongly believes that “The choices we make reveal our true Character’’ therefore what you do is a reflection of who you really are.
