Duties/Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for patrons/guests and ensure that outstanding service is delivered to each patron from the moment of arrival
- Create and maintain a friendly and welcoming environment
- Maintain outstanding service delivery standards
- Deliver information to guests based on solid product knowledge
- Speak comfortably and confidently on matters surrounding Jamaica and Jamaican culture
- Consistent display of world class customer service
Education and Work Experience Required:
- Tertiary level education or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Must be able to work flexible work hours, nights and weekends
- Experience in the hospitality, airline or tourism industries
- TPDCO Team Jamaica Certification is an asset
- Submission of an incident free Police Record is mandatory
- 3 references to be provided upon request
Skills/Traits Required:
- Excellent eye for detail and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be a highly motivated, dynamic individual
- The ability to speak a foreign language would be advantageous
- Candidate should be enthusiastic, energetic, professional and polished.
