Network Administrator

VIP Attractions Limited, operators of two uniquely Jamaican, first class lounges at both International Airports (Club Kingston and Club Mobay) seeks to employ a Network Administrator at their Head Office located in Kingston.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the successful applicant will be responsible to provide the day to day technical and systems administration support and monitoring for the IT Infrastructure Services environment for VIP Attractions Limited. 

Applicants should satisfy the following:

·       Be able to manage Cisco networking devices

·       Must have sound working knowledge of network infrastructure, operations and effective trouble shooting.

·       Experience in configuration management, software maintenance and support.

·       Proficient with MS Office Professional Suite.

·       Have strongproduct and technical knowledge; i.e. understanding both the overall systems environment and the specific products in use.

·       Must be able to design and present technical and instructional training to non-technical audiences.

·       Must have strong data analytical and reporting skills

·       Be proactive and self motivated, follow up and complete projects in a timely fashion.

·       Possess excellentcommunications skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

·       Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines

·       Two (2) years’ experience as a Network Administrator

·       Experience in supporting, maintaining and administering core Microsoft technologies including Windows Server 2003/2008

 

General Attributes

 ·      Will be required to travel to Montego Bay and Kingston airports to perform maintenance activities

·       May be required to work outside of regular office hours from time to time to ensure delivery of critical projects or resolution or issues adversely affecting business operations.

Manager – Customer Care and Reservations

VIP Attractions, operators of two uniquely Jamaican, first class lounges at both International Airports (Club Kingston and Club Mobay) seeks to employ a Manager-Customer Care and Reservations at their Head Office located in Kingston.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the successful applicant will be responsible for supervising and ensuring the smooth operation of the Reservations/Customer Care Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative functions of the division are efficiently executed.

 

Applicants should satisfy the following:

·       Must have strong administration and co-ordination skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service

·       Must have strong organization and multi-tasking abilities coupled with excellent analytical and resolution skills whilst displaying a high level of professionalism

·       Must have excellent leadership, coaching, scheduling and mentoring skills to effectively communicate, train and manage the staff in the division to deliver a high standard of customer service

·       Must possess the ability to communicate courteously with customers/clients by telephone, emails and letters and maintain accurate records of discussions or correspondences.

·       Must be able to balance, follow up and complete projects in a timely fashion

·       Must be computer literate with computer applications and software and must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

·       Must be able to analyse statistics or other data to determine customer service levels and be capable of exercising good judgment

 

Qualifications and Experience:

·       A Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies or related discipline

·       A minimum of three (3) years prior work experience working in a supervisory or managerial role in a call centre environment

·       Must have a proven record of delivering excellent customer service
